warm for walking dog in cold and snow. pockets for phone, dog treats, and other stuff.

This jacket is 99% perfect the only flaw is that it has Velcro rather than buttons

I sometimes order men's jackets because women's are often nearly devoid of pockets and when they do have them they are ridiculously shallow―useless. I wanted a water resistant, mid length warm coat and ordered this one for its pockets. I'm happy to say, I could carry a litter of three week old golden retrievers in it! Also, the lining is slick, so doesn't bind my clothes, it has a two way zipper and the arms are the perfect length for me. The only thing I would have wanted different is a removable hood. Other than that, I'm tickled to death!

Love the color and the styling of this coat. Nice and warm... Worth the cost.

This jacket is better, and better material than a lot of high end (read expensive) winter jackets I own.It's definitely not "stand outside in the middle of winter all night and be comfortable" but my heavy winter coat (snow mantra) does that.This has more insulation than the outdoor research or arteryx I own, for a quarter of the price.
